Located at the southwest corner of Seventh and Humboldt Streets in downtown Santa Rosa, this mixed use project, scheduled to commence construction later in 2010 will include fifty-one affordable apartments, a community room, podium courtyard, private parking and ground floor mixed use space.
The apartments will be one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Income limitations apply.
A waiting list will be established later in 2010.
This project is a joint venture with Burbank Housing Development Corporation.
