Sketch of Art House

Coming in Fall 2009...

Envisioned by the HUGH FUTRELL CORPORATION, Art House is intended to be an integral part of the downtown art district, creating an arts corridor along Seventh Street from the Art House location at the corner of Seventh and Riley Streets to the Sonoma County Mueseum. Cementing the art corridor along Riley Street, the west face of Art House will include decorative paving. For those on a leisurely stroll down Riley Street, they will be greeted with art through display windows and in the store-fronts.

The north side of Art House provides the entrance to the lobby and elevator for those who love the arts the artist’s residents. Flanking the entrance on the right is a 1028 square foot commercial space; ideally suited for a cafe or restaurant spilling it’s aromas and ambiance out onto Seventh Street adding to the excitement of the Arts district. On the east side of the entry, passers-by will be able to view exhibits on display in the dedicated visual arts and peformance gallery.
