Hotel E
Now open and receiving guests, Hotel E, located in the heart of Santa Rosa on Old Courthouse Square, is the premier boutique, high-service hotel in the central Sonoma County market. 
Developed by Hugh Futrell Corporation and owned in conjunction with Greystone Hotels, Hotel E is comprised of two phases. 
The first phase, completed, is the renovation of the iconic clock tower Empire Building, a national historic structure, including thirty-nine rooms, meeting spaces, and winebar/entrance lobby.  
The second phase, under construction, is a thirty-one additional luxurious hotel rooms and suites, as well as added meeting space, fitness room, and rooftop bar and café with outdoor terrace overlooking the Square.  The ground level will include Perry’s, the San Francisco restaurant institution, Starbuck’s, a landscaped courtyard and outdoor dining.
